Favorite Clothing Pieces Of The Moment

Favorite Clothing Pieces Of The Moment

Hi lovelies! I hope you are having a fantastic week. Today's blog post is a little different; I haven't done a fashion related blog post in yonks, for numerous reasons. Firstly, I am not the best model in the world and I feel like I'm really not doing the clothing justice in my photos. Secondly, I do not have an extensive wardrobe full of Gucci and Karen Walker (I wish!) like other bloggers, because I'm a high schooler and nowhere near rich or successful.

However in saying that, I am going to try to alternate between beauty, lifestyle and now fashion posts, as well as updates on how my room is going. I love fashion just as much (if not, more) as makeup, so it makes sense to do fashion posts more often.
Today, instead of doing a monthly beauty favorites, I will be sharing with you some of my favorite clothing pieces at the moment. I will also link everything in case anything takes you fancy.

The Birthday Post - Presents, Food, and Outfit

The Birthday Post - Presents, Food, and Outfit

Follow me on Bloglovin: http://www.bloglovin.com/blog/11555387

Hi lovelies! Some of you may already know that today is my birthday! Wooppeee! I thought would share with you some of the pics from today. It was a lovely day spent with my family, and Jack and I where spoilt rotten!

From my parents I received some beautiful red flowers (unsure what type it is), and a very funny card with some money in it. I'm most likely going to save a good portion, but might pick up a few things of my Birthday Wish List, which did a blog post about. I was going to show you what my friends and grandparents gave me, but decided not too as didn't want this blog post to be me showing you everything received - I more want it to be full of lovely pictures of food and flowers!

For lunch, we went to a restaurant called the Blue Breeze - a Pacific/Asian fusion restaurant. I will be the first to admit that I'm not particularly keen on Chinese/Asian food, however in saying that, it was surprisingly delicious!

For my outfit, I chose something casual and warm, primarily because it was only 3 degrees celcius (37 degrees Farenheit) -  did bring a coat promise! and it was only lunch so it was a bit more laid back.

Top: Dotti
Jeans: Topshop
Boots: Glassons

I baked a delicious, 2 layer chocolate cake from the Little and Friday recipe book. It doesn't look as incredible as what it did in the book, but it was very delicious!
I hope you enjoyed having a little sneak peek into what my day was like, and if it's any of your birthdays, happy birthday! I will be doing a blog post about the makeup  wore, so look forward to that! Love you all!

Valentines Day Outfit and Makeup Inspiration

Valentines Day Outfit and Makeup Inspiration

Follow me on Bloglovin: http://www.bloglovin.com/blog/11555387/aliceolivia

Hi all! I hope you are having a fantastic day. Since Valentines Day is around the corner, it is the perfect excuse to get dressed up, whether you are having a romantic day with your man, or having a girls night out.

If I am going out on Valentines Day, this will be what I wear (I will probably stay at home watching movies and eating chocolate however...). Hopefully you can take some inspiration from my outfit and makeup, but I think the best thing to do for Valentines Day is to wear what you love. So pull out your favorite glitzy dress, top, or pj's in my case, and feel amazing.

Dress: Dotti
Cardigan: Glassons
Shoes: Cotton On
Rings: Glassons

Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation in soft beige
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in light
Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder
Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in transparent
Elf Eyebrow Kit in medium
Urban Decay Naked Palette in eye shadows: sidecar (all over lid and on bottom lash line), buck (in the crease and bottom lash line), virgin (inner tear duck), toasted and hustle (blended into outer "V")
Rimmel Glam' Eyes Liquid Liner in black
Maybelline Falsies Mascara in very black
NYX butter gloss in eclair (it had worn of when I took this photo however)

There you go! I hope you enjoyed this post, and hopefully it got you into the Valentines Day spirit! Like I said, whether you are single or taken, make the most of it and have fun! Make sure to comment down below what you would like me to blog about in the future, and if you have a blog of your own, please let me know so I can check it out! If you haven't followed me on bloglovin yet, here is the link: http://www.bloglovin.com/blog/11555387/aliceolivia . Thank you so much for all of the support in the past month! Love you all!

Oversized Sweaters: Outfit of the Day

Follow me on bloglovin: http://www.bloglovin.com/blog/11555387/aliceolivia

Hi lovelies! I hope you are all having a fantastic January so far! Today's post, which I'm very exited about, is the first Outfit Of The Day, that I've ever made! Today was a really relaxing, casual day, but I did need to pop out once or twice, so needed to make myself look a little presentable!

I've never modeled or posed before, so please forgive me as I'm a newbie :)  I will also leave any important links to clothing/stores at the end of the post.

This jumper is the newest addition to my wardrobe, it looks a little whiter on camera, but in real life, it's a gorgeous, creamy beige color, which happens to be surprisingly flattering on my pasty skin. I wore it with my floaty shorts, which are so comfy AND stylish- who would of thought! I finished off my look with these patent leather ballet flats from Madeline. If you are in a colder climate, chuck on some opaque tights, black boots, a coat, and a stylish beanie.

Beige waffle knit jumper from Cotton On (I wore a simple grey tee underneath), shorts from Glassons
There you go! I hope you enjoyed this post and gathered some inspiration from it! If you haven't followed me on bloglovin yet, here is the link: http://www.bloglovin.com/blog/11555387/aliceolivia . Thank you so much for all your kind words and support, I really appreciate it so much. Make sure to comment down below, I absolutely love hearing what you guys have to say, and replying to your comments! I love you all, and will see you very soon!
